I love how this room is put together. Love the red bed w/ all the different color blue accents. Plus those striped hanging shades are so stunning in this space. Simply Lovely!!

Melissa's Living Room

My friend Melissa wanted me to create a design board for her. I went to the mall with her this past weekend and walked into ZGallerie. Got a little bit more ideas on her style and wants for the space...

She really liked this Green Rug so I had to throw it in. It reminds me of soft Grass.
She wanted Neutral color as well, like tans and Brown.
Not to modern.
Wanted a kid friendly space.
Comfortable couch.
No sectional.
Loves frilly colored pillows.
Fun Sitting area.

I am not a big fan of tan walls so I gave her more of a neutral Grey color wall
and came up with this Design Board for her.

I want this pendant from Ikea. You can put anything in it to give it the same affect, color and theme.

Not a fan of Pink!

Pink Eye that is...

The Color Pink has been on the brain lately since my son has Pink Eye. The good thing is it doesn't hurt but it does look really really bad. My poor little Dude!

So on that note.
I have never really been a fan of Pink decor outside a childs room. But here are a few red/pink rooms I am digging. :)

Open Kitchen

I love this kitchen!! I love the dark floors and stainless steel everything, with the natural baskets added in to make it soft and just LOVELY!! Love it!

P.S. I just need to vent a little cuz you guys will understand my dilemma.

I found those metal chairs that I LOVE on KSL yesterday. 6 for $500. Can you believe?? I wanted to die. They are normally $200/chair. I wish so bad I had $500 to spend on those chairs. Chairs I want so bad in my someday dining room. So that night I went to show my husband and of course they were gone. So sad, right? I can't stop thinking about my chairs. MMMmmm, Someday. Probably not again for $500, but someday. Dang it. :) I could of even sold them and made money! Ugh. Those darn chairs will haunt me forever.
